Security Measures
Riders remain responsible for any guests that they bring onto the showground. Children must be supervised at all times on the showground, up to the age of 16. Parents or guardians remain responsible for under 18s. Any under 18 found unsupervised at night may be asked to leave the showground the following morning. More information in our Rules & Regs.
Clean Stable Policy
Whilst we are trying to avoid implementing a £10 deposit on each stable, we respectfully ask everyone to clean their stables before they leave the showground. They will be checked the following day and anyone leaving stables in a poor state will be charged £20.
Stallions
Stallions MUST be declared when booking stables. If you arrive with a stallion having not booked a Stallion box, and there are no stallion boxes available, your horse will be sent home.
Hook Up / Premier Parking
Premier Parking will be allocated on a First Come, First Served basis on receipt of Entry and Payment. Premier Parking must be booked no later than two weeks before the start of the show. The cost is £72.50 for all three day shows. Premier Parking must be booked when you book your stable.
Late Arrivals
Please note that the Stable Managers will be on duty until 9pm. If you are due to arrive later than this you MUST call this number before 8:30pm so that you stable(s) can be unlocked:
